Holiday Home Breaks Terms & Conditions:
1.Offer subject to promotional availability at participating Holiday Homes at the time of booking and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or booking.
2.To book your break log onto www.woodieshotelbreaks.com, select your preferred location and dates of travel and a list of available Holiday Homes will come up.
3.Alternatively for a small additional booking charge you can call our booking line on 0818 242 013 to make a booking. Once booked you will be emailed confirmation of your booking. Holiday Homes participation may vary on any given date – not all will have availability at any one time.
4.Please note bookings made through our booking line will incur an additional operator service charge of €4(£3stg). A valid voucher number is required when making a reservation online or through the dedicated booking line.
5.Amendments to, or cancellations of bookings need to be made through Hotelpoints.
6.The price of €299/€499/€599 is the total cost for accommodation for any 7 day period, or part thereof based on self catering basis only. Please note that a customer is not obliged to stay for the full duration and this need to be specified in the special requests box at the time of booking.
7.For the €299 break - a 12.5% booking deposit including 23% VAT (€45.97) plus a €2.95 card processing fee will be charged to your account at the booking stage for stays between September and June. 6 weeks prior to arrival the balance in payment (€253.00) will be charged to your account by Trident Holiday Homes. If booked within this 6 week period, payment is due within 5 working days of the confirmation being issued to the customer.
8.For the €499 break - a 12.5% booking deposit including 23% VAT (€76.72) plus a €2.95 card processing fee will be charged to your account at the booking stage for stays between during July & August. 6 weeks prior to arrival the balance in payment (€422.24) will be charged to your account by Trident Holiday Homes. If booked within this 6 week period, payment is due within 5 working days of the confirmation being issued to the customer.
For the €599 break - a 12.5% booking deposit including 23% VAT (€90.60) plus a €2.95 card processing fee will be charged to your account at the booking stage for stays during July & August (in deluxe type accommodations). 6 weeks prior to arrival the balance in payment (€508.40) will be charged to your account by Trident Holiday Homes. If booked within this 6 week period, payment is due within 5 working days of the confirmation being issued to the customer.
9.Please note in the event of a cancellation the Booking Deposit and Fees paid on the full accommodation price to HOTELPOINTS™ is non-refundable.
10.The customer will be subject to Trident Holiday Homes’ terms and conditions in the instances of cancellations, refunds and no shows. Should the customer cancel between 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to arrival, the customer will be refunded 50% of the amount that was charged by Trident Holiday Homes. Should a cancellation be made within two weeks of arrival or indeed for no shows, there will be no refunds made.
11.There are additional costs e.g. for utilities (which may be a daily charge or meter read depending on location or time of year) or dogs (where applicable) and these will be payable to the supervisor at the Holiday Home.
12.During peak times (July & August) a customer must check in on a Saturday. Off peak (September to June) a customer can book in for any day with the exception of Sunday or Bank Holiday Monday.
13.Customers must present a valid Holiday Home Breaks voucher upon arrival in the Holiday Home. Photocopied, forged or damaged certificates will not be accepted by participating Holiday Homes.
14.A security deposit is required from the customer as specified in the arrival information pack and is paid directly to Trident Holiday Homes on arrival to the property. This will be returned after a satisfactory property inspection.
15.Holiday Home breaks must be booked and taken before the date of expiry as shown on the voucher. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable.
16.HOTELPOINTS™ cannot accept responsibility for any alternative discounted offer with any of the Holiday Homes at the time of booking.
17.This Promotion is managed by HOTELPOINTS™, a division of WIN | WIN Ltd (www.hotelpoints.ie). Customers who complete a HOTELPOINTS™ booking may be contacted in the future about similar offers and promotions.
